Shipping

Returns

Define a clear inspection period. Returned collectibles should remain in the original holder and condition. Attribution or authenticity disputes should be reviewed using the listing photographs and description.

Lost or damaged parcels

Retain packing photographs, tracking records, and postal receipts. Explain the claim process and required documentation before accepting payment.
