1987 $3.00 Owen Sound Ontario Homecoming Note

Scarce 1987 Owen Sound, Ontario $3.00 Trade Note. One side has Capt. W. F. Owen and Richard Carney and the other side has Owen Sound. Was issued for the Owen Sound Homecoming which ran from July 24 to August 2, 1987 and was redeemable for $3.00 at the Homecoming Office until Aug 2, 1987.  Very difficult to find note.
