1960 Regina Phila-Coin Co. Serial Number, Stamp, & Signature

This  Trade Note or Script was issued by Phila-Coin Company in Regina Saskatchewan in 1960 to celebrate their 25th anniversary and was good for 25 cents. This is the variety with serial number. THIS ONE ALSO HAS THE STAMP ON THE REVERSE in BLACK FROM THE LATTA COIN CO. LTD. These are becoming more difficult to find as many have been destroyed. May not be exactly as illustrated due to different serial number and date on reverse.
